The atrium design is nice and creates a welcoming space. Pool was crowded and not clean, especially during weekends. Happy hour had great drinks, but expect slow service during busy times.

Comfortable accommodations, comfortable staff with a fantastic location that offered easy access to the airport and highways while the room design included a separate living area and bedroom along with a mini-fridge and microwave.

The room was spacious and included everything needed for comfort. The bed was cozy, offering a good night’s sleep. Temperature control was straightforward, allowing for easy adjustments. the shower design was awkward; standing in the cold to adjust water was uncomfortable. Noise levels were low, ensuring a peaceful stay. The cleanliness could be improved, as the pull-out sofa was less than ideal and hair was present in the bathroom. I appreciated the nearby access to the airport and the included breakfast, which was quite good. some aspects were well done, while others need attention.

I devoured the snack selection, even the mystery kitchen sandwiches, and felt like a fancy queen at the evening reception. I tried to get fit at the gym.

The spacious suite was perfect for my family, easily fitting five of us! Breakfast had such great options, and we loved the personalized orders – all for FREE! The staff was incredibly helpful, letting us check in early so we could start exploring right away.

My family and I had a lovely time enjoying the sights of Philadelphia, as this hotel is just a short distance from popular spots like Eagles Stadium and the John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge, with plenty of great walking areas and parks nearby; the room was clean and comfy, and we appreciated the good breakfast options included with our stay, but the breakfast area could use clearer signage to make it easier to navigate.

The breakfast was commendable, notably the made-to-order omelets. amenities fell flat—broken shower fixtures, empty soap dispensers, and lack of communication. The noise level from the parking lot was disruptive. the king bed was comfortable, and the shuttle driver was pleasant. A mix of promising features overshadowed by disappointing service and maintenance issues. This hotel requires substantial improvements to meet basic hospitality standards. Without changes, a return visit is unlikely.

Staff was warm and welcoming, particularly Aubrey and Gabby. The hotel's beautiful and easily accessible location made exploring the area a breeze.
Issues with cleanliness and unattended children at the pool were concerning. The lack of proper ventilation in the rooms made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.

I must say I was impressed by the convenience of the airport shuttle service and the quick check, in process, which definitely eased my travel, weary mind. there were a few issues that detracted from my overall experience. The room I was assigned seemed a bit worn, with a moldy shower curtain and burn holes in the carpet. some lights weren't working, and the WiFi signal on the third floor was quite weak. On the bright side, the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the complimentary bottled water at check, in. The dinner server was pleasant, although it was evident they were understaffed and overworked. One major letdown was the lack of soap in the bathroom sink. I found it odd that the hotel didn't provide such a basic amenity. The miscommunication regarding the shuttle service also caused some inconvenience, as I had conflicting information about its operation hours. While the hotel had its flaws, the proximity to the airport and the decent shuttle service were definite highlights.

I had a great time staying at Embassy Suites. the bed was firm and comfortable, the AC worked well, and the bathroom was excellent. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, from check-in to breakfast. I appreciated the variety of breakfast options, from cereal to made-to-order omelettes, and the service provided by the team.
